Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..restrict cow milk to not more then 500.ml in a day or....continue breast feeding till minimum two years as per world health organization and give well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits. happy parenting
