Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is not directly feeding from my breast..as I have flat nipple..I have to express and give him.. sometimes I have to give him Formula ( Lactogen 1). Any tips if Lactogen 1 is good or any other substitute?

A. 1st thing you should try to pull out your nipples regularly Every one hour so that it will help 2nd you should try giving feeding every 2 hourly to the baby with both the breasts which hoops to release the nipples out

A. hello mommy u can try Enfamil neuro pro( infant formula),Similac,aptamil. one more thing I would like to suggest you is mother milk is best for the baby. there are silicon nipples available in market. keep it on you own nipple and let the baby such through that. it will surely help.
