Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is not able to sleep whole night properly..she always keep turning and sometimes screaming in her sleep.. anything I can do so that she can have a sound sleep..

A. children are not deep sleeper like adults and their sleep is mainly contributed by rem sleep which is a light state of sleep so you should not worry about it

Q. #AskTheExpert #Mamypoko Hello, my daughter is 14months old still she is unable to sleep properly. either she keeps latching whole night. or sometime when she doesn't wake for feeding but keeps twisting and turning whole night asking for continuous attention or swing whole night.
