Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food
Maintain hydration
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Give fibre rich food papaya pear banana carrot etc
