#AskTheExpert my baby is hyperactive and takes sleep of 2 hrs nap and night only 6-7 hrs. How to make him relex and sleep

A. if the child one and half years also the sleep pattern of baby is different than if the child is very hyperactive consult a Doctor one for a proper assessment of the child he will tell you

A. good morning I would recommend you to give your baby a proper massage every day before trying to put the baby to bed at night this will help to relax the child so that the baby will be able to sleep for a longer period
