Q.

#AskTheExpert My baby is having refluxes during night..She wakes up suddenly with pain while refluxes coming out through mouth and nose . It has happened 3 times within a month..How to prevent that ?

A. hi you must avoid overfeeding try to keep Gap of 2 or 3 hours between two feeds. keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding don't forget to burp your baby well after each feeding
