NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy1 Year agoA. hello u can give paracetamol and since the temp is 100 u can wait and see and if required u can check with your doctor and she will be able to guide u accordingly which should be better and also safe and absolutely nothing to worry abput not a problem nothing to worry about
