Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. it is viral .Fever is when the temperature is more then 99 degree . Paracetamol can be given for the fever every 6 hourly of fever is reoccurring frequently. Fever may be due to any viral infection so mostly will subside in 3 days other wise consult a doctor near by.

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your dohictor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
