SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, if the pimples are like rashes then it will go by itself. If the pimple is getting bigger and there is any puss formation then you need to get it checked with the doctor. give more liquid and keep your baby well hydrated. baby’s will get few small pimples because of heat.massage with coconut oil and give bath and give adequate liquids like buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home and keep your baby well hydrated.Write Your Answer Here
