#AskTheExpert My baby is going to be 7 months old in couple of days. Till now I have been giving him purees and ceralac, should I start giving him finger food now? In purees I have been giving him sweet potato, carrot, apple, banana, pumpkin, rice water, mashed dal, apart from this what shall I give him? What is the right time to introduce nuts, eggs and broccoli?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. can Introduce nuts, but avoid broccoli n egg now. Start giving finger food when they’re using their whole hand and putting their hand in their mouth.
offer porridge, khichdi, suji kher, oats..
