start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
actually kids have itching during teething phase.
offer chilled teethers ..

Distract ur baby from doing so.
Give ur baby teethers that he can put in mouth instead of fingers. This will help to outgrow the the habit of sucking fingers. Take care
