Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. alojing with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Its Mostly due to seasonal change I’ll advise you to get a check with your paediatrician doctor would be able to advise you with the proper medication also to ask if you can nebulise your child that will help in melting down the congestion from chest and hold
