Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kgx per month also.
the urine output shoulxd be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking breastfeeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate breastfeeding

if you're child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep then no need to worry about this matter
