A. my breastmilk is not sufficient for the baby. I have tried all the remedies, shatavari granules to all dadi ma ke nuskhe, and nothing seems to work. I had c-section and ever since milk is produced in tiny droplets. baby latches and then gets irritated after 30-60 min or so, and after that drinks about 90-150ml of formula. It stresses me knowing that I'm not able to produce milk for my baby. Any suggestions or medications that you would like to prescribe ?

A. formula milk s avoid. Breastfeeding is the best source of natural immunity and antibodies to a newborn baby never give formula milk as it is not required at all exclusive breastfeeding is a must for good immunity and baby health , reduces colic and gas issues and overall brain development of the baby. No water , ghutti or any other syp is given till 6 months of age .
