Q.

#AskTheExpert My baby is exclusively breastfeeding..he does not take bottle feedings at all..while breastfeeding, he drinks the foremilk and by the time hind milk starts to flow, he is already full..due to which he does not get any fat containing hind milk..even if I try to pump foremilk, he start becoming fussy which lefts me to offer him breastsmilk as it is..is it a cause of concern?

A. hi parent try to feed for 10 to 15 min from each side maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water

A. Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
