A. Winter climate, precautionary measure like wearing protective clothes. Saline nose drops in spray type is available in medicinal store, try to use this for the nose. Drinking water must be always hot boiled in warm condition. Try to do hot salt water gaugling which will help to remove bacterias in throat area.
