#AskTheExpert My baby is breastfeeding but still. Constipated. Stool is hard. She is constipated from 1 week only. Please tell me the possible reasons and suggest the solution.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom please take care of your diet as well as what ever you consume would have a direct effect on the baby . So have easy to digest foods and also keep yourself well hydrated with fluids . Massages would also help the baby

herMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Tell mom to eat more fiber food . Cut down bread and biscuits. Drink 4 lts of water everyday
