#asktheexpert My baby is about to complete 7 months. He was on mother feed till now but now I’m being asked to give formula milk or cow milk on top of that because the baby might not be getting enough supply from mother feed. I want to ask is it safe to start formula milk or cow milk now since he is above 6 months now.

A. Formula milk definitely a big thumbs up to you but when you talk about animal milk that cannot be introduced in the age it cannot be given under the age of 1 to the child so please don’t give that your child can suffer with issues like indigestion stomach infection protein allergy lactose intolerance they could be a lot of things so you need to avoid it as of now
