the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking breastfeeding.

if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate breastfeeding

usually they ask for the feeding every four hours but it's not. rule or thumb
please provide her breast feed as per her demand
take sunbathing daily
