#AskTheExpert My Baby is 9months old now... we want to feed fruits juice to baby... but dont know how to feed in procedure?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Make sure juices should be server freshly home made , at room temperature, diluted with boiled water, avoide given juice only, restrict upto 30 ml per day .
and avoid citrus juice.
