#asktheexpert my baby is 9 months old. She isn't eating food while sitting. I have to make her lie on bed and then feed while she watches songs on mobile. How do I change this habit of hers

A. hi try to make meal time fun time but not using mobile. try to keep your child engaged by giving toys at initial days. keep offering different dishes with different taste and different ingredients make food presentation attractive for example use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food. place your child in your lap,give support through your hands and feed your child. talk with your child about food and it's taste ,color etc
