#asktheexpert my baby is 9.month old... but she is not gaining weight as per her age

A. hi ideally 9 months old baby should have weight between 5.3 to 7 kg. so first ensure that your child weighs enough weight or not. if not ,then offer food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice which are full of starch. give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child. offer plenty of breastfeeds. feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight. give massage to your child daily.
