once baby start to stand with support then you should use a baby walker so wait till baby is 10 months old now

yes you may
but as it increases dependancy ,I would not recommend it
instead of it please let your child grow or learn to walk naturally
offer homemade healthy food
give Massage to your child daily
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
