#asktheexpert My baby is 8 months old and as prescribed I am giving him 1ml of orofer drop (iron). I have noticed that his stool becomes hard and his teeth are also staining. At what time of the day should iron be given to prevent stool from becoming hard? Also, what to do to avoid teeth staining? I brush his teeth and give him water to drink immediately after giving drops but that is not helping.

A. Hello mom would suggest to get his blood test first if he really requires to be given , other is consult the doctor who has prescribed it for any other option
