#asktheexpert My baby is 8 month old. Her head and body is sometimes hot. I checked the temperature for her. She is having 99.7. Can you please confirm if she has fever? She is active and eating normally. I am very much worried due to the current pandemic situation.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is quite natural that in small babies the head will be having larger surface area naturally will be having more blood supply so it is warmer for the feeling it is not fever
