#asktheexpert. My baby is 7 month old she is having hard stool since last 2 months. she cries alot when she passes stool. sometime blood is also coming. so what should I do?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. regular hard stools causes blood in stool so you need to you have proper diet plan for your baby e include more of liquid diets and adequate water intake which is very necessary also try to include more of green leafy vegetables and fruits instead of Bakery products or or packed foods

Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Maintain hygiene
