#AskTheExpert my baby is 7 month old she has cough and blocked nose.. can use adulasa ayurvedic leaf juice to treat it as my mother says it helps in cough.

instead of it ,I suggest some of remedies ,hope it help:
first ,keep your child well hydrated.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding and sleeping.
use Nasal saline drops or give massage with warm one small cup of mustard oil + 3-4 cloves + one garilc pod + pinch of methidana .
you may apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child which gives instant relief in congestion.
