#asktheexpert my baby is 7 month and started on solid.... but he doesn't eat anything... is is okay to give cerelac... my parents are insisting on giving cerelac

A. Try homemade cerelac

A. yes you can give cerelac to your baby/ if you want more healthy cerelac so you can make it at home from YouTube help also.

A. give simple cerelac made up with mung dal and rice then gradually start adding other pulses in it

A. hi yes you can give cerelac but please prefer to give homemade freshly cooked cerelac for your child avoid giving the packet one
