#AskTheExpert my baby is 7 month and 18 days old. Should i give her honey?is it benefit for her? If yes then how much of amount should i give?

please do not give the honey to the child below one year of age.
as usual with the honey might affect the health of the child and can cause allergy so you have to give it only after completion of one year.
you can give almost all kind of fruits vegetables grains pulses
