#AskTheExpert My baby is 6month. With what kind of food i should give his first solid ??? He has digestion problem. He vomits often after feeding.

to spit up milk after each feeding is normal
it is not digestion related problem.
but as you start giving semisolid food to your child ,give food items like mung dal Pani, rice water which is easy to digest.
once baby accept it well ,and feel comfortable with it,you can start giving other food items like different vegetables and fruits puree, porridge, sheera, rab etc
