Q.
#asktheexpert my baby is 6month old. He is having diarrhoea since 6 days. Colour is green watery n sticky. Is it due to formula milk?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. it may be due to not cleaning feeding essential well..
1.give breast feed and no bottle feed.
2.if you need top feed for baby use only lactose free formula like isomil or zerolac.
3.start ORS{the one that comes in tetra pack};give one breast feed alternating with ors.
4.usually most episordes are viral and would get over by 7 days .
5 if theres too much vomiting then meeting a doctor is important ,

s madaanMom of a 9 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. if the baby is having diarrhoea like situation better to talk to the doctor maintain proper cleanliness keep your baby well hydrated which will be helpful for your baby to recover faster
