#asktheexpert my baby is 6 months old yesterday. I am giving formula milk of Similac and I bought Nestle wheat apple cerelac for my baby boy. please suggest how much cerelac should I give to baby and what other things I give to him to eat?

A. hello. initially start cerelac with mixing 1 to 2 spoon.. gradually increase. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge.
