#asktheexpert my baby is 6 months old and earlier we used to feed for every 3 hours...should we follow the same now. if feeding should be done on demand how much gap should be there for each feed. should we feed the baby whole baby is in sleep.

A. It is better to follow feed on demand rule even know. If the baby sleeping continuously, four over five hours then you can meet otherwise you can sleep feed after five hours of continuous sleep.
