Q.

#asktheexpert my baby is 6 month old.. having loose motion.. doctor we visited prescribed darolac sachet morning and night.. should we just give whole sachet or half the doze.

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting ancfd its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatxment

A. Half in the morning and half in the evening that is how you meant to give it to the child and avoid giving milk for the time being focus on other food because if you continuously keep giving milk to the child then it may increase the number of loose motions that your child is having
