A. dear parent, yes, you can start giving solid foods slowly to your 6 months old baby. start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals per day. give 1 food for about 3-6 days for baby to accept and to see how baby tolerates it then introduce another new food Initially give after a breastfeed, or between two feeds; later give as breakfast, lunch ,dinner continue to breastfeed
