ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, top food should be started only after the completion of 6 months which is from the beginning of 7th month. Until then you should exclusively breastfeed. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
