#AskTheExpert my baby is 5months and she is cranky at night for few days.. she usually sleeps well for 6hrs at night but she keeps waking up 3hrs once for a week. . what could be the reason?

A. Thabks dr..I am not bottle feeding my baby.. I am breastfeeding her. she seems to be fine in the morning.. but wakes up often at night.. how much ML of gastica can be given?

A. so yes. gas issue troubles baby and can be relieved by giving exclusive mother milk . Also massage baby tummy clockwise and cycle baby legs to ease out gassy pain . Burp baby for 20 minutes after every feed. Can give gastica drops . Colic pain is common in bottle fed baby. Can be worst at night time and so baby cries a lot. Can give colic aid or drops meftal spas for relief .
