#AskTheExpert my baby is 5month 1 week old, I started thinking of giving solid foods as my breast is inadequate and formula is not adjusting to her. Can I introduce solid food now?

A. Yes you can give, Feed only small quantity when introducing Moong Dal Water for Babies for the first time and gradually increase the quantity. Strain this moong dal water in the beginning at around 6 months and as your baby moves on to 7-8 months, you can avoid straining. Always sterilize all the bowls, spoons and equipment before use.
