#asktheexpert my baby is 5 months old. How to know whether her tummy is full or not after feeding.. N how can i increase breastmilk..?

please offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced
massage your breasts with coconut
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk
stay stress free

if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything
if your child looks happy,or feel relaxed after taking feed ,if he or she passes urine atleast 7 or 8 times in a day ,it means that your child is getting enough milk
