#asktheexpert my baby is 5 months old and she is completely on formula milk. should I start giving cow milk or other foods to her and when should I start giving her water?

Animal milk is not recommended before the age of 12 months are right now you cannot give it and food should be started after completing the age of six months after that time you can introduce don’t pasteurise milk to the child for direct consumption that would be healthy
