Q.

#asktheexpert my baby is 5 months and 3 weeks now. can I give him cow milk from 6th month.

A. usually cow milk is avoided before completion of one year of age because before that it can cause cow milk allergy which might lead to either constipation or loose motion or colic pain. but if you have given cow milk earlier and it did not cause any digrestion problem then you can continue to give it to the child otherwise stick to the milk which was given since birth.

A. No cow milk and buffaloes milk can only be given to the child after completing the age of 13 months not before that as prior to that it can create infection in the stomach of the child and other multiple problems associated with the intestine of the child
