#asktheexpert my baby is 5 month old.is it safe to start nan pro 1 for my baby? what are the foods that i can start feed on my baby? how do I know that my milk is sufficient for my baby?

no
as mother's milk is best food for a child, please stick to breastfeeding.
there is no need of formula or external milk.
after completion of 6 months age, you can start to offer semisolid food to your child
so please don't give anything to eat or drink other than breastmilk and needed medicines till 6 months age.
if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything.
