#AskTheExpert my baby is 5 month old and 4 days, please suggest me semi liquid food, am not able to provide sufficient breastmilk

A. hi no after completion of 6 months age you can start to offer semisolid food to your child. but till that please stick to breastfeeding as you have low milk supply, please do the following things: offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. massage your breasts with coconut oil. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply. you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk. stay stress free. although if it is not possible then you can opt for formula or external milk.
