ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. umyes can start. You need to take high protein, high fiber and low carbohydrates diet. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside or junk food completely, take lots of water atleast 16 glass a day.
