Hello ma’am Where at least you should I mentioned the birth weight of your child but I would just say simply 4 KG is a very good weight for a one month old child I don’t know why are you gushing to have more weight at this age so have patience if your child gains 500 g to 1 KG every month and that is a very healthy weight gain
