Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended for babies till the baby completes six months as breast milk is sufficient for the baby's nutrition and growth requirements and also to keep the baby hydrated
after the baby completes six months you can start with top feed
