#asktheexpert My baby is 4 months old and she is having diahorrea for last 2 days ..once in take is taken she is going toilet.can you please suggest solution

A. Caregivers should always contact a doctor for infant diarrhea if their child is younger than 6 months old. According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, caregivers should also talk with a doctor if they notice the following signs in their child: symptoms of dehydration, including: decreased urine output.Keep breastfeeding your baby if you are nursing. Breastfeeding helps prevent diarrhea, and your baby will recover quicker. If you are using formula, make it full strength unless your health care provider gives you different advice
