Q.

#AskTheExpert My baby is 4 month old.He still has loose green potty everyday.He is on nan pro 1 formula milk. Is loose smelly green potty normal?

A. hi , if you are formula feeding , green poop is normal.  breastfeeding baby will pass green , watery stools if he is not getting enough hind milk which is fat rich milk that comes at the end of the milk supply. so baby should feed for longer duration at each breast. Teething, weaning foods may cause this. If watery , foul smelling consult paediatrician.

A. My son is also of same age and us on Nan Pro.. Green and smelly poop is expected when the baby is on formula.

A. Hello ma’am See green potty could be due to because you’re giving formula feed to your child so don’t worry about the colour of the poop.. Other than that if it is loose then too it is not an issue but if it is stinky or smelly then it would be better to consult your paediatrician as it could indicate a stomach infection or something so please consult your paediatrician ones
