#AskTheExpert my baby is 4 month old..he is passing stool lil bit solid since last few days..n he tries to put pressure while pooping n sometimes cries..how to know if he is constipated.. He is peeing well

yes ,it might happen because of constipation.
so , please offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child.
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food
give Massage with Babyhug massage oil everyday.
give Massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands.
move your child legs in cycling motions
it will help to cure constipation.
