Q.

#asktheexpert my baby is 4 and half month and still sleeps for 2hrs Or less at night is there anyway I can increase her hours of sleeping atleast at.. if I try to keep her awake after 5pm she gets fussy and cries

A. But that is very normal for a child they don’t have any sleeping pattern if they want to sleep they will sleep you will have to adjust with the pattern of the child and if you unnecessarily force your child to keep the child up and the child is crying and getting trouble it’s not good for the mental growth of your child
